A visitor coming here can sample a variety of gastronomically delights.
In the many restaurants in Teulada-Moraira, several being recommended by the prestigious Michelin Guide, one can enjoy exquisite meals, combining traditional cooking with that of other nationalities such as Italian, German, French or Chinese.



Fish with the seal of quality Bahia de Moraira, caught by traditional methods, offer a great traditional variety of dishes such as "putxero de polp", fish soup, , or different "salazones" of "Melva", Bull and anxova (anchovy).

Rice is almost the star of the teulada´ s cooking, with delicious dishes such as "arròs a banda" (fish rice), « arròs amb fessols i nap » (beans and turnip), paella with sardine and spinach or black rice. A spongy octopus's rice , a rice of « senyoret », or a casserole of oven rice have without a shadow of a doubt a special tradition flavour.

Fine dining must be accompanied by the best of local wines.
Wines as a reference of our gastronomy:
White wines: Viña Teulada, dry wine with a fresh aroma of Mediterranean blooms; Bahia de Moraira, semi-dry; and La Marina, light, slightly sparking wine.
Red wines: Viña Teulada, dry young and Lluna Plena, dry crianza.
The rosé Bahia de Moraira and the moscatel-scented red "Vermouth"
Original wines are the fine sparkling wine "Pitàgora", and the first and only cava made from the Muscatel of Alexandria variety, "Tegulata".
As for "Mistelas", stand out the traditional Muscatel "Mistela Selecta de Teulada" and the "Moscatel Reserva" made from semi-raisined grapes.
